| النفط العربي في الإستراتيجية الأمريكية منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية وحتى 2016 |

تناولت الدراسة العلاقة المعقدة بين المصالح الأمريكية في منطقة الخليجي العربي وأمن تلك الدول، وحاولت الدراسة الإجابة على تساؤل عن ماهية الاستراتيجية الأمريكية المتعلقة بالنفط العربي منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية وكيف تطورت تلك الاستراتيجية، وأثر ذلك على أمن دول منطقة الخليج. اعتمد منهجية البحث على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة أن النفط كان حاضراً في أغلب الحروب التي مرت بها المنطقة منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية, كما أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية دائماً كانت وما زالت الطرف الأكثر استفادة من صراعات المنطقة، كما كشفت الدراسة كذلك عن حجم التداخل والتعقيد بين السياسي والاقتصادي فيما يخص ملف النفط، أما أهم التوصيات فكانت ضرورة أن تجد دول الخليج العربي صيغة للحفاظ على أمنها بعيداً عن الترتيبات الدولية، وأن تحاول أن تجد نظام للأمن الخليجي بعيداً عن الترتيبات الدولية، وأخيراً يمكن تقديم دراسات أخرى تتعلق بالإستراتيجية الأمريكية بخصوص النفط العربي مثل قضايا الإرهاب والملف النووي الإيراني والأزمة الأوكرانية وثورات الربيع العربي، وتجارة السلاح.
Abstract:
The study examined the complex relationship between the American interests in the Gulf Arab region and the security of those countries. The study attempted to answer the question of what the American strategy related to Arab oil since the Second World War and how that strategy evolved and the impact on the security of the Gulf countries. The research methodology is based on the descriptive analytical approach. The most important results of the study are that oil remained present in most wars, Which the region has experienced since World War II, The United States of America has always been and remains the most useful member of the conflicts in the region, The study also revealed the extent of overlap and complexity between the political and economic with regard to the oil file. The most important recommendations were the need for the Gulf States to find a formula to maintain their security away from international arrangements and to try to find a system of Gulf security away from international arrangements. Finally, other studies related to the American strategy on Arab oil, such as terrorism, the Iranian nuclear file, The Ukrainian crisis, The revolutions of the Arab Spring and the arms trade.
